I am renting my home and need to screen a potential tenant. Shoudl I do a FULL background check or credit check? Is credit history included in a background check?
Charge back the entire fee to the applicant (screening fee) & get the fullest report possible. Background usually encompasses criminal, in addition to credit & rental history. Should not be more that $35 – 40 per applicant. (Background, rental & credit history)

I worked in a collection agency/ Law firm for 9 years. Yes they can sue you for a car that has gone back. What they do is they sell you car for any amount that they can get and the difference is then placed on your credit report. If you were not served with a summons and complaint what you need to do is to file an Order to Show Cause with your local court. In in advise them that you were not served and that you have not resided at the address of service for the past 4 years. Also ask them to prove that you owe this debt. You will be given a court date. Bring your license and any other documents that you have that will verify your present address. If you can provide that the judgment would then be vacated and you will be given an opportunity to put in an Answer ( also found in court). The law firm would then have to provide proof that you owe this debt.

I just bought a new Dell Laptop 1520, with Dual core 2.2 Ghz, 3 GB of ram, but due to poor foresight, I didnt get the upgraded graphics video card better for gaming. Its a 965 Express Chipset. So now Im wondering if Call of Duty 4 will run on my video card that came with the laptop? Is it possible to buy a gaming card for a graphics PC card for a laptop?
Call of Duty 4 will not run on Intel integrated graphics and one cannot upgrade the video graphics on the laptop. Maybe one can return the laptop within the 30 day return period and explain to Dell that having the upgraded graphics is essential for the additional charge.

So i was on my netbook and was about to play my game where my mcaffe security checker thing detected a trojan horse (i know what caused it) and i sent it to my AVG anti virus protector vault thing. Just to be safe I ran a whole computer test on my AVG protector and it detected 11 trojans! What should I do? Would it have already stolen my for my game (online,pass,user,credit card,ect.) since i logged on before i scanned?
P.S I have AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 2011 and McAffe Security Scanner Plus

Click the ‘Download free version’ button.
Allow MBAM to download it’s latest definitions during it’s installation.
When prompted to restart, do so to Safe Mode
Once the system is in Safe Mode, open MBAM and do a Quick scan, which is
the Default setting. If *anything is detected*, do a Full scan next.
When the scanning is finished, restart the system to normal Windows mode And perform a full system scan Using AVG.
